Shipping, Duties and Taxes
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express, with tracking and signature on delivery.
Standard shipping (2-8 business days) is free of charge. Express shipping (1-4 business days) is set a $25 flat rate. Extra insurance can be added upon request with additional charges. Please contact enquiries@commonhoursofficial.com if you wish to have extra insurance added, or if you have any questions regarding your order delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you via email or text with a tracking number. If notified via email, please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Flat rate of $50 for all international orders outside Australia.
Orders outside Australia are shipped via DHL (express with signature on delivery) and can take from 5-10 business days pending customs. Extra insurance can be added upon request with additional charges. Please contact enquiries@commonhoursofficial.com if you wish to have extra insurance added, or if you have any questions regarding your order delivery.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes.
Prices do not include overseas custom duties that may incur.
CHANGE IN PRICING POLICY FOR CLIENTS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
We are introducing a new process for international sales which we believe beneficial for our clients, whilst ensuring an efficient and consistent sales management process at Common Hours. Effective on September 25th 2025, the purchase price advertised for a piece in foreign currencies (other than Australian Dollar) on our website:
- Will directly refer to the exchange rate at the date of sale. Previously, prices in foreign currencies were set with a fixed exchange rate, which resulting in inconsistent price positioning across the different currencies; and
- Will no longer include duties for the local jurisdiction. Instead international clients will be responsible for paying local duties directly to the relevant authority. To date our pricing was inclusive of foreign duties and from then on products will be charged excluding foreign duties.
For completeness we note that there is no change to the process or pricing for Australian based customers.

The delivery times stated above are estimates only and Common Hours cannot be accountable for any late deliveries. Please provide Common Hours with correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by local and international carriers. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
